  • Sun rays are very injurious for our skin. Direct sun rays not only create wrinkles on our skin, but are also a major reason for skin cancer. Apply a sunscreen lotion/cream while we go out. It is better to apply a good skin moisturizing cream that contains daily sun protection, more preferably 15 SPF.
  • As stated above, appropriate use of vitamins and minerals in our daily diet is very crucial for anti-aging. Pay proper attention in including maximum antioxidants in our daily diet. Also make it sure we have a good intake of vitamin C and vitamin E. These vitamins work collectively to raise the quantity of collagen in our skin, and thus making skin look fresh and younger.
  • A big way to turn back the age is to apply moisturizer on our skin daily. An anti aging moisturizer will give our skin with constant hydration and avoiding our skin from the free radicals that damaging our skin. Exfoliation is also very essential for our skin to look younger. Use exfoliation on weekly basis otherwise anti aging cream will not work.
  • Drink plenty of water during the day. It will remove any toxic material from our body and skin. It also keeps our skin hydrated and moisten .
  • Stress releases chemical substances in our body that gradually begin reducing the power of our immune system. It results in premature aging. So, we must learn stress management and avoid it as much as possible.
