Bad Breath in Mouth | Halitosis Tips


Nearly every one of us experience some form of mouth bad breath. It's a normal incidence because of micro organisms and food particles left in our mouths after taking meals or drinking tea or coffee. So the foremost thing to keep in mind is not to be embarrassed about having mouth bad breath. It's entirely innate. Depending on our health and diets, it can be a insignificant concern or a big issue. However, we can always solve the issue, so there is no need to think bad about our self. We must keep in mind that nothing is impossible. We can solve this issue successfully.

Before fixing this issue of mouth bad breath, we must ask these question to ourselves:

1. Do we brush our teeth after having each meal?
2. Do we eat lots of garlic and onions in our daily meal?
3. Do we eat a lot of meat in our food stuff?
4. Do we use a lot of fatty foodstuff?
5. Do we take foodstuff having lots of preservatives in it?
6. Do we floss our teeth after having meal?
7. Have we visited a dentist to check our teeth? As gum diseases and teeth decay can cause to mouth bad breath.
8. Have we got any stomach disorder or indigestion troubles?
So we must be aware of by the problems we may have with us?

Now the next step is to resolve the bad breath problem.

Bad Breath Solutions or Suggestion:

1. Brushing teeth after having meal will remove bacteria and food particles, so there will not be any food particle left in the mouth to cause mouth bad breath.
2. Onions and garlic are good food, but they may cause mouth bad breath. We can still use them in our daily meals, but be careful not to eat these two before a meeting or social gathering.
3. Meat particles that remain in our mouth can decay during the day and may cause bad breath, so brushing teeth after each meal is a good way to fix this problem.
4. Fatty food have the same problems, it remains in our mouth and decay during the day  and can cause bad breath. We can remove it by teeth brushing.
5. Preservatives may involve in our digestive system, and produce gases that cause bad breath.
6. Maintain a healthy body ensures our body functions healthier and therefore less chances of bad breath by our mouths.
7. A very important point to be noted is,  our stomach and digestive issues can cause bad breath because the gases that are  produced in our stomach and rise into our mouth.
